How do I hire a consultant?

You can use irl cos products to complete paperwork for hiring new consultants. All consultant agreement products include a Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, also known as a CIIAA. We've built CIIAAs into all our hiring products because they can help protect the intellectual property of your LLC. 

You can follow these steps to get started: 

1. Click Templates in the main navigation bar.

2. Scroll down until you find the Consultant Agreement category.

3. Open the Consultant Agreement category, and you'll see the consultant agreement products that you have access to.

4. Select the product you'd like, for example the Standard consultant agreement product for consultants. Then click Start Document Set to begin.
