How do I hire an employee?

You can use irl cos products to complete paperwork for hiring new employees. All employee agreement products include a Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, also known as a CIIAA. We've built CIIAAs into all our hiring products because they can help protect the intellectual property of your LLC. 

You can follow these steps to get started: 

1. Click Templates in the main navigation bar.

2. Scroll down until you find the Employee Agreement category.

3. Open the Employee Agreement category, and you'll see the employee agreement products that you have access to.

4. Select the product you'd like, for example the Offer Letter and Invention Assignment Agreement product. Then click Start Document Set to begin.
